A DANCER who has shared a stage with the legendary Margot Fonteyn and Rudolph Nureyev is bringing the next generation of dance stars to dance at the Theatr Brycheiniog on Monday (March 25).

Antony Dowson, who was a former principal at the Royal Ballet and in his early career danced with Margot Fonteyn, one of the most iconic figures in British ballet in the 20th century, and Rudolf Nureyev, who is widely regarded as the greatest male ballet dancer of his generation, is artistic director of Encore, a dance company of dance students from the prestigious Tring Park School for the Performing Arts.

Antony will be directing the Tring Park School students - the dance stars of the future - in a UK tour of a unique show called Kaberesque.

Audiences can expect to see and hear an exciting selection of material that spans time and genre and is testament to some of the greatest writers of cabaret, dance and musical theatre, among them Mack The Knife, All That Jazz, Tango De Roxanne and This Is Me!
