A NUMBER of companies from Breconshire and Radnorshire won accolades at this year's Powys Business Awards.

In a ceremony attended by 250 guests at Hafren entertainment venue in Newtown on the night of Friday, September 27, the awards, organised by MWMG, recognised and celebrated business excellence at all levels in the county.

Thirty four businesses from across Powys were shortlisted for the 13 awards, several of which went to Breconshire and Radnorshire companies on the night.
