SCHOOL transport in Powys will be operating on Monday, January 21.
The county council, which announced on Thursday it would suspend Friday's services due to the predicted heavy snow, confirmed on Sunday school buses will be running again on Monday morning.
Refuse and recycling collections will also resume tomorrow after they were suspended on Friday, which allowed the crews to be diverted to clear town centre pavements of snow and ice.
A council spokesman said: "The council has looked at the weather forecast for the next 24 hours and with the primary roads now clear of snow and ice, school transport and recycling and refuse collections will resume tomorrow."
