The callout came on Monday, 7 September, and three members of the Brecon crew responded to the casualty.

One Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team member travelled to the casualty by Gator on Bwlch Duwynt.

The casualty’s ankle was immobilised and she was given pain relief before she was transported off the hill.

She was then able to make her own way to hospital for further assessment.
