A man has been arrested after around £55,000 was stolen from an ATM at NatWest in Brecon this summer.
A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of burglary other than dwelling and has been released on conditional bail, Dyfed-Powys Police has confirmed.
The arrest was confirmed by police following enquiries by the B&R.
The ATM at the bank on High Street was broken into at around 1:15am on Monday, July 20, with around £55,000 taken from the machine.
Police initially appealed for information following the incident, saying no arrests had been made at the time.
Enquiries are ongoing and officers are still appealing for witnesses, or anyone with information which could assist the investigation, to come forward.
