A FIRE breaker lockdown in Wales could last two weeks and see non-essential shops close, it is understood.
Ministers in the Welsh Government are considering tougher restrictions in a bid to halt coronavirus cases rising in the country.
It’s understood the nation-wide ‘fire breaker’ lockdown could last up to two weeks and see non-essential shops and hospitality close.
A decision has not yet been made, it’s understood. Although there is talk of the measures being announced next Monday and coming into force on Friday.
