THE third Hay Hillraiser took place this month and local runner Tim Iveson of Builth and District Running Club hotfooted it to glory in a time of one hour, 12 minutes and nine seconds.
A total of 62 runners, more than 10 up on last year's entries, lined up ffor the start of the 11-mile road race, which snaked its way from the Hay Medical Centre on Forest Road towards Llanigon before ascending to Hay Bluff and back again.
