BUSINESS entrepreneurs Maggie Taylor and Grahame Penny opened a national newspaper one morning over breakfast last year, read an article about Whitney-on-Wye Toll Bridge complete with attached one bedroom toll cottage and by January of this year, the enterprising duo had moved in.

Having sold their training company in the village of Blockley in the Cotswolds to make the moderately short move to the borders village on the River Wye, Maggie, 46 and Graham, 50, have quickly settled into running one of the UK's eight remaining toll bridges.
