BBC One’s “Eat Well For Less?” is back and producers are looking for Welsh households to take part.

The series addresses the issues of rising food prices, and helps families across the UK save money, sort food facts from food fiction and eat well for less.

Perhaps you’re desperate to save but under press to keep providing the household favourites?

Or do your health requirements affect your diet? Are you in need of new inspiration?

Are you battling with fussy eaters, repetitive or uninspiring meals and food shopping chaos?

Or maybe you are just bored of cooking the same foods every week?

The show, which will be returning for its eighth series, is looking for families, households or communities to take part.
