UK BUSINESS secretary Vince Cable has hit out at his Conservative colleagues in an interview in this week's Brecon & Radnor Express. The high profile Liberal Democrat minister warned the UK would 'regret it' if a majority Conservative government is elected at next year's general election. Mr Cable was speaking while spending a day in Wales when he toured factories, including one in Brecon, before meeting local business people in Llandrindod Wells. He also said the government couldn't interfere in the decision by the publicly owned NatWest bank to close its branch in Talgarth. The Conservatives in Brecon and Radnorshire dismissed Mr Cable's criticisms.
