The Herefordshire and Mid Wales Section of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club has donated £500 to Wales Air Ambulance.

The funds were raised through events organised by the club, which has more than 10,000 members. The group caters to riders of motorcycles over 25 years old, with some owning bikes more than a century old.

The Wales Air Ambulance delivers advanced lifesaving medical care to people across Wales 24/7.

They are the only air ambulance charity, based in, and dedicated to, the people of Wales and rely entirely on charitable donations to raise £11.2 million every year to keep the helicopters in the air and fleet of rapid response vehicles on the road.
