PLANNING permission for a wind turbine in Powys has been revoked - after opponents began a legal challenge. The county council's planing committee had given the go-ahead for the turbine at Upper Pengarth in the Radnor Hills in December last year. But opponents initiated a judicial review and the council agreed it may have failed to properly consider its planning policies, The council says the matter will now go back before its planning committee for determination.
