A Grade II-listed Victorian-era Powys school, now closed, could have a bright new future after being put up for auction.
The 161-year-old building, in the heart of the Welsh Marches, could be adapted for a range of uses, from residential to commercial or a mix of both, according to Sean Roper of Paul Fosh Auctions.
The adjacent former headmaster’s house is also for sale, listed as a separate lot at the same auction.
The Old Schoolmaster’s House carries a guide price of £65,000.
