RADNORSHIRE Men’s Premier league team travelled to Cardiff last Saturday for their Club Championship fixture.
However playing against the current league champions they found life very difficult losing on all six rinks, including that of Robert Weale who was without his normal third and friend Gareth Wills.
On Sunday in the team championships Radnorshire lost to Rhydycar at home, winning one, drawing another and losing the third. On his rink skip Ken Price had an excellent last shot to make the final score 19—17 to the home side on his rink.
Luke Harwood made it a draw 22-22 on his rink, however Karl Jones four lost 28—15. Total Shot Scores Radnorshire 56 Rhydycar 67.

Rink three - D Willsher, J Coggins, D Stephens, L Harwood (skip) - 22 : B Jones(skip) - 22.
Rink four - A Knijpinga, PJ Sanders, R Hill, K Jones (skip) -15: P Stahl (skip) - 28.
This Saturday afternoon Radnorshire are at home to Merthyr in the Club Championships Premier League, at 2p.m. Whilst in the morning the Radnorshire Ladies D.J. Trophy team will need to be at their best when they travel to take on Islwyn starting at 10am.
This Sunday(November 1st) in the Team Championships, Radnorshire’s Men take on Blaenau Gwent away at 2pm.
