In looking to the future the meeting felt that there was a need for more development cricket to help youngsters make the transition from junior cricket and ensure all members looking for a game were offered the opportunity.

Matt Williams agreed to take on the captaincy if it was agreed to proceed next season. Arranging 20/20 games for mid-week was also to be pursued.
Terry Dickson, junior co-ordinator, confirmed the club would be fielding teams from nine to 15 age groups next season. There was currently a vacancy for under 15 manager and if anyone fancied the job to contact him.

The only shadow over the evening was the decision of Barrie Pritchard to stand down as secretary, the duties of which he has carried out with such dedication for eight year. He will be replaced by Mike Hudman himself a long term committed committee man.
All committee members were thanked for their work with particular mention being made of the leadership of chairman Anstie Blackham and the financial management of treasurer Laine Skinner.
