Extreme hare and hounds evening is this Saturday

RHAYADER Motor Club have their last summer evening event taking place this Saturday evening (July 14).

This will be an evening extreme Hare ‘n Hounds and will be held at the clubs popular Cwmythig Hill circuit, near Rhayader in mid Wales. The lap will include several man-made (rocks, tyres, logs) and natural hazards plus some of the bottom motocross circuit making a challenging but enjoyable route.

There are classes for all abilities from Pro right through to Sportsman, with good prize money (First £150, second £100, third £50) in the pro class and awards for top three in all other classes. The format will be 2x45 minute races, with race one starting at 6.45pm and race two starting at 8pm.

There will be a commentator at the event to keep the spectators right up to date with the race action too.

Good catering and toilet facilities plus an ice cream van and licensed bar will all be present.

This will be a warm up for the forthcoming British Championship ‘Prologue’ (part of the Rhayader Two Day Enduro), so any riders wanting some last minute practice on parts of the course this is your chance.
