Rhayader Town suffered a narrow 2-1 defeat at Mold Alexandra in their last away game in this season’s Huws Gray Alliance.
Rhydian Davies had given The Red Kites a half-time lead but Connor Ready and Jack Laird hit back for Mold who are out of the bottom three. Rhayader, who look certain to be relegated, now have two home matches remaining with Conwy Borough and Cefn Druids both having to travel to The Weirglodd.
