THE ladies of Builth Wells Golf Club marked the end of the winter season with supper, and the presentation of prizes by the ladies president Sue Parry and ladies captain Dee Rees.
Thirty ladies competed in the Winter League with Hayley Price on 115 points retaining her title and winning the Winter League cup.
Runner-up was the rising star, thirteen year old Grace Edwards with 107 points and Lisa Hughes third with 88 points. Chris Hughes, Lyndsay Jones and Jayne Wynn took fourth, fifth and sixth respectively.
Kara Parker won the Sue Parry prize for the best medal performance of the year, and the team of three was won by Lisa Hughes, Grace Edwards and Kara Parker.
The annual Spring coffee morning with nine holes of golf again proved popular attracting golfers from a wide area. The winner was Anne Lloyd, home club member, with 19 points. Runner up was Isle Dam of LLanidloes with 18 points and Marion Phillips of Llandrindod third on 16 points.
