LLANDOVERY College won their first game of the easter term when they edged out their visitors to go within one point of top of the table Coleg Sir Gâr, writes Huw S Thomas.

In a re-arranged fixture postponed in November, the Lilywhites were second at the scrum and knocked back in the contact area but showed wonderful resistance in soaking up a real battering from the far bigger Gwent forwards.
