Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Saturday morning.
The 41-year-old man, who was travelling north towards Trewtower, was riding a Ducati motorcycle when he was involved in a collision with a blue Mercedes Vito van at around 8.40am on Saturday, May 28.
The man sadly died as a result of injuries sustained during the collision on the A479 - nobody else was injured in the crash.
A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: “Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses following the fatal collision on the A479 near to the village of Tretower, Powys, on Saturday (28 May).
“The collision involved a Ducati motorcycle, which was travelling north towards Tretower and a blue Mercedes Vito van, was reported at approximately 08.40am
“Sadly a 41-year-old man who was riding the motorcycle died as a result of the injuries he sustained in the collision. There were no other casualties.”
