A motorcyclist was killed in a four-vehicle road traffic collision on the A44 yesterday (Thursday).

The collision took place near Llandegley at around 10:30am.

The vehicles involved were a black and yellow BMW motorcycle, a purple Mazda campervan, a silver Ford Fiesta and a silver Mitsubishi L200 pickup.

Sadly the male rider of the motorcycle died at the scene.

The road was closed and reopened at 11.50pm.
