Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed that the A4067 from Ystradgynlais to Cray will remain closed for a number of days due to a landslide.

The road was first reported closed yesterday evening (Monday, 8 April) with trees blocking the road.

Diversions are now in place while Powys County Council arrange for removal of debris to make the area safe to reopen.

This afternoon, Dyfed-Powys Police have released a statement where a spokesperson said: “The road remains closed due to a landslide and is expected to remain closed for a number of days. Diversions are in place.

“Please avoid the area and find alternative routes for your journey. Thank you.”
