A veterinary surgery is asking for help to locate the owner of a ferret which was found straying in Brecon.

The ferret, which is a creamy colour with some brown streaks, was found in the town on Monday, January 21.

St James Vets, who posted the appeal on their Facebook page, said the small furry pet is being cared for at their Parkway branch near Swansea.

More details about the ferret, such as whether it’s micro-chipped and neutered, are unknown at this time as the veterinary nurse looking after it was not available at the time of writing.
