Between now and 2025, landline customers of BT, EE and Plusnet will be asked to make the upgrade to services using digital technology.
BT will be hosting drop-in sessions in Powys in April for customers who have any queries about the changes.
Four drop-in sessions will take place across Powys in Brecon, Llandrindod Wells, Welshpool, and Newtown.

- Morrisons Welshpool, Berriew Street, Welshpool, SY21 7SS, Friday 5 April, 10am - 4pm.
