Jubilant team members at The Castle of Brecon Hotel were this week raising a big cheer to their Coaching Inn Group winning a major Which? award.
For the consumer champion has just named them Hotel Group of the Year in the large hotel chains category.
A delighted Chief Operating Officer Adam Charity said they had topped the category satisfaction scale with 81 per cent of guests saying they were likely to recommend the hotel to others.
“Besides all the comforts and facilities we offer at our Castle of Brecon Hotel, this fantastic success has also to be due to the always welcoming, can-do attitude and great team spirit enjoyed by our team,” he said.
The accolade reflects the group’s commitment to delivering high-quality, experience-led stays in historic inns across the UK, according to Adam, who said the company now operates more than 1,000 rooms across 36 properties.
“Our ethos has always been to unlock the potential of locations, blending heritage and charm with modern luxury to create unique and memorable stays. Our inns are rooted in local communities and designed to offer hospitality from the heart, and it’s fantastic to see that recognised by guests themselves,” he said.
