A Brecon man has been accused of driving while disqualified, without insurance and without a valid MOT.
Jordan Crosthwaite is accused of driving a BMW 1 Series on the A4067 at Penycae on June 9 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
He is also accused of using the vehicle without third-party insurance and without a valid test certificate.
The three charges are contrary to the Road Traffic Act 1988.
Crosthwaite, 28, was due to appear at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court on September 28.
A warrant for his arrest without bail has been issued.
