A man has admitted stealing items from a car in Brecon and committing a public order offence.
Forest Francis, 32, of Colchester, appeared before Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court on September 25.
Francis pleaded guilty to a public order offence relating to an incident in Wheat Street, Brecon, on May 16.
The court record states that he used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
Francis also pleaded guilty to stealing items from a white Toyota in Ship Street, Brecon, on the same date.
The items listed in the charge include Apple AirPods, two bottles of female perfume and a mixture of British, Turkish and Ukrainian coins.
Francis pleaded not guilty to a separate charge of racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by words, writing or behaviour.
The charge alleges that on the same day, in Wheat Street, he used words which were threatening, abusive and/or insulting within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.
A two-hour trial has been listed at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court on December 2.
Francis was granted unconditional bail pending the next hearing.
