A man has been accused of carrying a Stanley knife in a public place on the A470 near Brecon.
Ashley Belmont, 46, of Tonypandy, is charged with possessing a bladed or sharply pointed article without good reason or lawful authority.
The alleged offence took place on April 26 this year on the A470 near Felinfach.
Court records also list a warrant for his arrest without bail at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates' Court.
