Firefighters at Talgarth Fire Station are inviting the public to support a charity car wash this weekend.

The event will take place at Talgarth Car Park (LD3 0PE) this coming Saturday (July 4) from 10am to 1pm, with members of the crew washing vehicles in exchange for charity donations.

Proceeds will go to the Fire Fighters Charity, which provides specialist, lifelong support to serving and retired members of the Fire and Rescue Services community, as well as their families.

The charity supports personnel, former firefighters, surviving spouses and young dependants through a range of physical, emotional and social wellbeing services.
