Mid and North Powys Mind is running mental health and wellbeing training courses this autumn - free of charge.

The charity is leading a three week in-person course on Stress and Anxiety Management at the Windfall Centre (LD1 6AS) in Llandrindod Wells in September, and a three week in-person course on Building Self Worth at The Function Room (SY18 6BZ) in Llanidloes in October.

The Stress and Anxiety Management course teaches ways to avoid stress, build resilience and feel calmer. The techniques you will learn aim to also increase your energy and improve concentration.

The Building Self Worth course is focused on helping participants look at their own self worth, increase their personal confidence learn how to be kind to themselves.

The charity are also running a other training courses online on Zoom between September and December, including Creative Writing, Assertiveness Skills, Health At Any Size, and more.
