A new Stroke Café is launching at The Metropole Hotel in Llandrindod Wells, offering a friendly and informal space for people affected by stroke to meet, share experiences and find support.

The café will begin on Monday, May 25 at 1pm and will then run every other Monday at the same time.

Organisers say it will provide a welcoming environment where people can connect with others who understand what they are going through, enjoy a cup of tea and have a relaxed chat.

There is no need to book in advance, with attendees able to simply drop in on the day.
