Dyfed-Powys Police is encouraging Powys residents to look after each other over the Christmas period.
As well as timely crime prevention advice, the police have launched their Christmas safety campaign called Op Santa (Safe and Nice to All).
The police are particularly keen for people to look out for the vulnerable in society with their theme of "presence not presents".
A spokesperson from the police said: "One random act of kindness could make all the difference to someone this Christmas."
