Police are warning residents in the Brecon area not to give out their details to cold callers.
Scammers have once again been targeting people over the phone, this time claiming to be from “the bank” and asking for financial and personal details.
Dyfed-Powys Police’s Breconshire Police tweeted: “Again, residents in the Brecon area have been targeted by scam callers claiming to be the bank.
“Please do not give any details and report these numbers to Action Fraud UK immediately.”
