An exciting pop-up event is coming to the Elan Valley this weekend.

A pop-up food and craft fair will take place at the visitor centre on Saturday, April 6 from 10am to 3pm.

Visitors are invited to become involved in the celebration of local Welsh artisans, who will be proudly showcasing their creations. From delicious food and beverages to sweet treats, unique gifts, handcrafted garments, and jewellery, to captivating art pieces and charming home décor - there’s something to delight every visitor.

Among the stallholders will be Amanda Skipsey, a local artist and illustrator based in Rhayader renowned for quirky, colourful paintings and crafts.

MAC Chocolates will also be in attendance, offering bespoke handmade chocolates – perfect as a gift or indulgence.

Visitors can also savour the delights of Morgan’s Brew Tea, guaranteed to captivate any tea drinker.

Rhiannon will be showcasing skills with realistic hand-drawn animal portraits, while Lavender Ceramics, a small pottery business from Mid Wales, will present a range of exquisite handmade items.

This is merely a glimpse of the diverse array of stallholders set to grace the food and crafts fair, promising a fun day for all who attend.
