Residents in Brecon West ward are warmly invited to attend a “Cuppa with Your Councillor” drop-in session hosted by Councillor Matthew Dorrance and Councillor David Meredith.
The event will take place on Monday, June 29, at Llanfaes Church Hall, from 10am to 12 midday.
This informal session provides an opportunity for residents to raise issues, ask questions and discuss local matters directly with their councillors. All residents are welcome to attend, whether they have a specific concern or simply want to find out more about local services and support available in the community.
Representatives from Powys County Council, Dyfed-Powys Police and Wales & West Housing have also been invited to attend, giving residents the chance to speak directly with key local organisations in one place.
Cllr Matthew Dorrance said: “We know how important it is for people to be able to speak to councillors and organisations delivering local services. These sessions are a great opportunity to listen to residents and help address the issues that matter most.”
Cllr David Meredith added: “We want to make ourselves as accessible as possible. Please do come along for a chat over a cuppa - everyone is very welcome.”
