UPDATE: As of 5.13pm Sunday, 4 October, the road has now reopened.
The A470 from Llyswen to Llansteffan is currently closed due to a vehicle being on fire.
Dyfed-Powys Police notified motorists at 8.06pm and have asked road users to avoid the area and find alternative routes for journeys.
