Talgarth Farmers Market has confirmed its 2026 programme, bringing local food, craft and independent producers to the town on a monthly basis from April through September.
The market takes place on the third Saturday of each month from 9am to 12pm at Talgarth Town Hall (Market Hall), giving locals and visitors a chance to shop directly from the people who make and grow the products.
The first market of the year will be held next Saturday, April 18, followed by dates on May 16, June 20, July 18, August 15 and September 19. Each month will feature a changing selection of traders, including food and drink producers, craft makers and other independent businesses. Visitors can expect to find seasonal produce, handmade goods, gifts and other locally made items, as well as the opportunity to meet the people behind them.
Talgarth itself offers plenty to explore while visiting the market, with plenty of independent businesses
The market also acts as an important way to support the local economy. It keeps spending within the area and allows residents and visitors to learn more about the region’s food and craft heritage.
The market takes place at Talgarth Town Hall (Market Hall), The Square, Talgarth, LD3 0AF, from 9am to 12pm on the third Saturday of each month until September.
