Stage four of the Lloyds Tour of Britain Women will start in Llanidloes, make it’s way through the Elan Valley and Rhayader, through Knighton, Presteigne, Painscastle and Glasbury, before ending in the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye on Saturday (22 August).

Temporary road closures will be in place throughout Saturday as the race rolls through your area.
Here is the relevant parking information for you and your car/s for Saturday in Llanidloes, Rhayader and Hay-on-Wye:
Llanidloes
- The Gro Car Park closed from 10pm Friday 21 until 3pm on Saturday 22 AugustMount Street Car Park closed from 10pm Friday 21 until 3pm on Saturday 22 August.
- Residents can park at Llanidloes High School but must leave the bus bay clear.
- Spectator parking at Kennel Fields (What3Words ///heaven.values.shackles).
Rhayader
- Parking on St Harmon Road, East Street, West Street, Bridge Street and B4518 through Cwmdauddwr prohibited from 10am to 12:45pm on Saturday 22 August.
- Residents can park in Dark Lane Car Park.
Hay-on-Wye
- The Motte and Bailey Car Park closed from 10pm Friday 21 until 6pm on Saturday 22 August.
- Oxford Road Car Park closed from 10pm Friday 21 until 6pm on Saturday 22 August.
- Residents can park at Hay-on-Wye Football Field.
- Spectator parking at: Hay-on-Wye Football Field (What3Words: ///swoop.remarked.pastels) and Hay Festival Parking (What3Words: ///earliest.stopped.beauty).
Any vehicles left in prohibited parking areas may receive a penalty charge notice and could be unable to leave until the event has finished.
The estimated finish time for the stage is at 2.53pm but of course this is only a prediction.
With an 11am roll out in Llanidloes, the lead car (which drives ahead of the riders) is expected to reach Rhayader at 11.20am with the riders at approximately 11.35am.
They are expected to reach Knighton at around 1.19pm, Painscastle at 2.22pm and finish in Hay on Church Street at approximately 2.53pm.
