The annual Rotary Young Chef Competition was held at Builth Wells High School on Friday, December 9.
Previous preliminary competitions had been held on both of the campuses, resulting in five entrants qualifying for the local heat.
The winner of this heat was Molly Price from Builth Wells. She will now progress to the next competition, which will be district level.
Thanks go to the staff members involved; Emily Bevan and Meg Williams.
Special thanks also goes to the competition judge, Peter James, who has now judged the young chef competition at every level across the board for over 25 years.
He said it was good to see the pupils involved again after the two-year break due to Covid restrictions.
