Police are appealing for information after a driver fled the scene of a two-vehicle crash near Brecon.

The collision happened on the B4520 between Brecon and Lower Chapel at around 7:25pm on Friday, September 4.

A black BMW and a blue Hyundai were involved in the crash.

The occupant of the BMW fled the scene, while the driver and passenger of the Hyundai remained at the scene.

No injuries were reported.

The road was closed while the two vehicles were recovered and did not reopen until around 3:30am on Saturday.

Police are now investigating and is appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the area at the time.
