Llandovery Fire & Rescue team will be doing a pre-planned training scenario this evening at 6PM.

The training drill will take place at the old Ysgol Rhys Prichard School site.

The team have warned that they will be treating the drill as a 'live' incident and urged local residents not to be worried if they see flashing lights and fire crews in action.

Llandovery Fire & Rescue Station have released a statement saying: "We will be carrying out a pre-planned training scenario at the old Ysgol Rhys Prichard School site this evening from 18:00. Appliances will be treating this as a 'live' incident so please do not be alarmed to see flashing lights and fire crews in action."
