Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating an alleged assault following an incident in Llandrindod Wells.

Officers were called to Noyadd Close at around 2:15am on Wednesday, May 13, after reports of a disturbance involving three men at the entrance to the street.

Police said the incident involved a fight between the men, during which one man sustained cuts to his face and head and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Two men, aged 29 and 36, were arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Both have since been released on bail while enquiries continue.

Dyfed-Powys Police is now appealing for witnesses or anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
