A Brecon man has been accused of assaulting a man at a town restaurant.
Dilshad Miah, 56, of Watergate, Brecon, is accused of assault by beating at Brecon Tandoori Restaurant on March 7 this year.
The charge is contrary to Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
The case was listed for a first hearing at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 2.
A warrant for Miah’s arrest without bail was issued by the court.
No plea was recorded.
