Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating reports of thefts from shops on the high street in Hay-on-Wye.

Otherworldz, found in the Craft Centre in Hay-on-Wye, caught someone stealing from their shop last weekend. When confronting the suspect, the suspect ran away.

Allegations have been made that three people were working together to scope out shops, with one shop owner saying that they were in their shop, but nothing was stolen.

Dyfed-Powys Police told the Brecon and Radnor Express: “Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of thefts from Otherworldz and Satori Designs, Hay-on-Wye, on Saturday, November 8. Enquiries are ongoing.”
