The people of Brecon gathered this morning outside St Mary’s Church to remember fallen soldiers.

The Act of Remembrance included The Last Post being sounded and a moments silence was observed.

Brecon Town Mayor, Cllr Marie Mathews laid a wreath at the foot of the War Memorial in the Church Garden.

Key local figures, Brecon Town Council and local school children were in attendance.
