Hay St Mary’s Football Club are celebrating a trophy filled season for their junior teams.

The club’s under 12s, under 13s, and under 16s teams won a total of six trophies between them across the 2024/25 season.

The Under 12s were victorious in their league and cup competitions winning the double. They claimed the South Powys Junior League title for their age category and also the League Cup.

Hay St Mary’s under 13s side were double league winners this season, winning the South Powys Junior Under 13s League and the Winter League.

The team were also runners-up in the League Cup, unfortunately losing in the final.

Hay’s under 16s team enjoyed a successful season winning the South Powys Junior Under 16s League Title and also winning the League Cup too.

This was the final season in junior football for many of the players, as some of them are looking to move onto senior football.

A spokesperson from Hay St Mary’s Football Club said: “Another fantastic season for the club which is going from strength to strength - certainly one to be proud of for coaches, players and everyone at the club.”
