Rhayader Town, the only remaining local side in the JD Welsh Cup, have been drawn at home against Cefn Cribwr in the first round proper of this season’s competition.

It promises to be a tough tie for Rhayader against opponents who play in the Ardal League South West and beat Brecon Corries 4-1 in the second qualifying round.

The tie is in the Southern section, while all other remaining Mid Wales teams are in the Northern section of the draw.
