THE fifth week of Llandrindod Wells Winter League took place on Sunday December 20 in very unpleasant conditions.
There were 34 members taking part and the results were as follows: First: Kris Robinson and Angie Jones – 39 points; Second: Mike (Axle) Foley and Paul Harris - 37points.
The latest positions of the A League are:- First: Dylan Mcphee - 33.5 points; Second: Paul Harris - 29 points; Third: Phil Evans - 24 points; Fourth: Chris Jones - 23.5 points; Fifth: Kris Robinson - 22 points; Sixth: Tony Price (Capt) - 18.5 points and Mike (Axle) Foley 18.5 points.
The latest positions in the B league are:- First: Huw Cooke - 31 points; Second: Graham Hazlock - 27 points and Heidi Owen - 27 points; Third: Pete Horne - 26.5 points; Fourth: Keith Bethell - 24.5 points; Fifth: Dave Parker - 20 points; Sixth: Ken Harley - 18 points.
The next Winter League is on Sunday December 27 draw at 8.45am as usual, with the Simon Richards Golf Competition in Builth Wells on Monday 28, all welcome.
