Both Crickhowell and Llangynidr bridges are set to be closed overnight early next week as vital surveys are undertaken before essential works are completed on them.

The works are planned for Monday, July 27 in Llangynidr and Tuesday, July 28 in Crickhowell and will involve night time closures from 6pm to midnight.

Powys County Council says that local diversions will be in place.
