Powys Teaching Health Board has both first and second dose vaccination appointments available this week, in three locations across the county.
Please note: You can attend the drop-in clinics on 24 August - 3 September for your first dose if you are you aged 16+.
You can attend the drop in clinics on 24 August - 3 September for your second dose if your first dose was in Powys over eight weeks ago.
Help make sure your vaccine is as effective as possible and please only attend a drop-in session if:
• you do NOT currently have COVID-19 symptoms
• you are NOT acutely well
• you have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 28 days
The vaccination drop-in clinics for this week are:
Bronllys Hospital
Wednesday 25 August, 1pm - 4.30pm
Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells
Tuesday 24 August, 1pm - 4.30pm
Friday 3 September, 8.30am - 3.30pm
Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Newtown
Thursday 26 August, 1pm - 4.30pm
Thursday 2 September, 8.30am - 5.30pm
All first doses are currently with Pfizer unless you have a specific clinical need for an alternative to Pfizer. Your vaccinator will discuss this with you when you attend.
Second doses are available with both Pfizer and AstraZeneca. You will be offered the same vaccine type as you received for your first dose.
